Food Oil and Steam
The OLS 30 is ideal for oilly vapors or steam. The illustrated equipment was developed specifically for industrial food production. In the production process, cooking oil is sprayed onto the cooking surface. The resulting oilly vapor and oil remainders are sucked into the unit. The drain valve underneath the housing permits a convenient drainage of the collected oil. The large area filter can easily be changed or washed.
All devices can be manufactured in V2A stainless steel. The high quality of the V2A stainless steel devices permits the deployment of the OLS 30 in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries with their high standards.
