Printed Circuit Boards
The company Neuma AG in Wetzikon, Switzerland, is a manufacturer of machine tools and special machines. Shown below is the milling of printed circuit boards with a CNC milling machine.
The dust is sucked off with an industrial vacuum unit of the type 4000/3 D250. As illustrated on the right, the milling head is practically surrounded by the special nozzle. This ensures an optimal air flow directly where the waste emerges.
This way a trouble free and clean manufacturing process is ensured. It is therefore not necessary to use air pressure to blow off any waste or dust from the milling machine after treatment, as this would again lead to more dust in the air.
